Resinous neat systems are liquid-applied epoxy, polyurethane, or polyaspartic coatings installed without decorative elements (like flakes or quartz). Once cured, they create a smooth, monolithic surface that’s chemical-resistant, easy to clean, and durable. Neat systems are designed for light traffic environments and generally consist of an epoxy primer and topcoat. The term “neat” refers to the pure, unfilled resin matrix applied directly to the substrate. This system is probably the most economical system offered due to its minimal layers and pureness of resin.
